The road to good health is common sense. It is self-evident when laid before you and like all truthful knowledge, it is very simple, easy to understand and freely available to everyone - there is no charge! To begin with, we must all do our best to enjoy proper physical health. Our bodies are systemic, and by design the various “systems” are interdependent on some basic rules. Our entire body of systems is designed to operate on an aerobic foundation. An oxygen rich body, with oxygen rich systems, is a major key to preventing (and curing) all disease. The “systems” we will talk about are the digestive system, the lymph system, the blood system and the nervous system to a lesser degree. 

The digestive system is designed to operate aerobically. When oxygen-rich fresh fruit or vegetables and naturally aspirated water are consumed, they transport their inherent oxygen supplies to the stomach to begin “digestion”. Bile is created by the liver and delivered to the stomach through the gallbladder as an aid to digestion. Bile is a very powerful acid and also kills a lot of bacteria both anaerobic (bacteria that thrives in oxygen starved environment and cause putrification or rotting) and aerobic bacteria (that thrive in oxygen rich environment and aid in digestion). 

One of the most essential organs to healthy aerobic digestion is the appendix. Its job is to function as a sort of aerobic bacteria factory, manufacturing billions of aerobic bacteria that inoculate your food as it passes from the bile laden stomach, into the intestines for absorption. The bile laden stomach kills almost all the bacterium, so it is essential that the appendix be abundant with aerobic bacteria to re-inoculate the food as it passes into the intestine. If it were not, your food would no longer be “digesting” on the rest of the journey, it would rather be “putrefying” or rotting.  

“Digesting” is the term given to the process under which the aerobic bacteria literally digest the food we eat prior to our absorbing the nutrients. This essential process has been designed such that these little bacteria convert much of the calorie intake we consume into readily available micro and trace elements essential for our good health. Conversely, the anaerobic bacteria within an anaerobic system, consume almost all of the micro and trace nutrients in our food, and ferment them into alcohols and sugars, thereby increasing our caloric intake. 

If you have ever taken a series of anti-biotics to “cure” a disease, or if you have eaten only cooked food (oxygen starved) then you may have destroyed your aerobic bacteria factory - your appendix. Once the appendix has had all aerobic bacteria destroyed, the anaerobic ones will take over and your digestive system will from then on, operate as an anaerobic system, with your food rotting instead of being “digested” by the oxygen loving aerobic bacteria. This anaerobic operation is what ultimately leads to appendicitis, which is a type of infection, or “rotting” of the appendix. The anaerobic bacteria are not selective; they will cause flesh and food alike to rot. 

Our bodies are also very “adaptable”. Most people become converted to an anaerobic digestion system by about the early age of 2 years. Canned baby food (home-made, organic is no better in oxygen content) and bottle formulas see to it. From then on, the digestive system will remain anaerobic - a breeding ground for unhealthy bacteria - a disease paradise. Inevitably, once the digestion system is converted to the anaerobic model, other systems follow. (By the way, a simple test for aerobic digestion is this: if you don’t have a bowel movement at least once every 6 hours, you cannot be operating aerobically, and must be operating anaerobically. Aerobic bacteria by definition require oxygen, and in a closed system such as the intestine; this must be replenished regularly or it is self-starved or extinguished.) 

The first sign of anaerobic digestion is less frequent bowel movements, typically only one or less per day. This causes putrefied food to become adhered to the intestinal walls, especially the colon. Putrefied food is often sticky and quite smelly, as opposed to aerobically digested food that remains “fluffy” and pleasant smelling. When the sticky putrefied food adheres to the intestines, a number of chain reactions take place. Firstly, absorption of nutrients is greatly reduced, so appetite increases and weight control problems arise. Our body craves the trace and micro elemental nutrients that are readily absorbed by the intestines into the blood stream, however, so do anaerobic bacteria. 

Unfortunately, when they consume it, they convert it into alcohols and sugars, which only provide temporary relief to our hunger “pangs”. Secondly, the putrefied food is highly acidic, which causes less demand for the acidic bile from the liver. This further reduces the ability for us to break down our food, and is not a healthy environment for the aerobic bacteria we need to “digest” it, all of which compounds the putrification process. Worse yet, it does not allow the liver to flush itself of the many toxins that it has filtered out of the blood and lymph systems during its normal course of activity. 

Aside from producing bile, the liver’s other main functions include filtering of bacteria, viruses and toxins from the lymph and blood systems. Once filtered out they are bathed in the ultra strong bile solution to kill or destroy them, while they wait to be eliminated via the digestive tract. Obviously, if your digestive tract is anaerobic and not calling for adequate amounts of bile, these toxins build up in the liver. This build up, is the beginning of what is commonly referred to as “gall” stones. Within the liver, the biliary ducts trap the toxin and dead bacteria or virus, encapsulate them in bile and wait to “dump” them into the digestive tract for elimination. If they are never dumped, the concentrated bile eventually forms a solid mass around the particle (imagine a “pearl” in an oyster) and this is what is the basis of liver or gallstones. Once enough of these liver stones plug up the liver, its capacity to filter the blood and lymph is diminished to nearly nothing. 

“Gallstones” and subsequent gall bladder problems are an inevitable result. As for the lymph, if the toxin and bacteria or virus cannot be filtered out, they end up causing the otherwise highly aerobic lymph system to become oxygen-starved, or anaerobic. Much of this conversion process is premised upon the oxygen that is in the lymph system being depleted due to the high demands put on it to “oxidize” the toxin, bacteria and virus that are supposed to be filtered by the liver. An anaerobic lymph system functions to distribute unhealthy bacteria and viruses to many parts of the body, rather than remove them as it was designed to do. This is how lymph cancer develops, for example. This is also the preliminary phase of what is commonly referred to as “teen-age” acne.

In reality, teen-age acne has nothing at all to do with hormones or being a teenager. Their lymph system has also become anaerobic, and instead of cleaning the bacteria from various parts of the body, it actually starts “dumping” them out through the mucous membranes within the nasal passages, where it is then disposed of in this secondary disposal system of the body. As almost all of the nasal passages are located near the nasal outlet, the nose and local tissues eventually become saturated with the bacteria that are attempting to escape - hence the acne. It usually takes the body about five years to overcome this problem by developing sufficient alternate methods of dealing with the bacteria before the acne can be cleared up. The apparent “clearing” of the acne, however, is merely an illusion of the problem going away. What really happens, is that the body fights them in the facial area until they eventually find a “safer” home, such as the mammary glands, prostate, ovaries, other fatty tissues (with little blood circulation - hence no oxygen to combat them) or even in the lymph nodes themselves. This eventually turns into some form of “cancer” or other disease. 

Now, what cancer really is is very simple. It is simply the effect of what used to be the same anaerobic bacteria that caused facial pimples, now residing in a new location. Breast cancer, for example, is simply anaerobic bacterium living, eating, and multiplying within the fatty tissue of the breast; in other words, a great big pimple with no way to escape. 

To compound the problem, when anaerobic bacteria digest human cells, they often excrete an enzyme that is chemically identical to human growth hormone. This bacteriologically produced mimic of the human growth hormone, causes the contiguous human cells to divide - or to grow. This is what doctors refer to as “tumor” growth, or uncontrolled cancer growth, or “cancer cells”. This is the “cause”. The “cure” is equally as simple to explain. Kill the bacteria! This stops production of the mimicked growth hormone, which stops the cells from dividing, which stops the tumor, which is the “dis-ease”. 

It becomes quite apparent that this disease, as well as most others including the common cold, flu, multiple sclerosis, aids, etc., are all caused by the same basic systemic problem; an anaerobic digestive system, leading to other anaerobic systems, leading to safe-havens for anaerobic bacteria where they should not be. For example, in multiple sclerosis victims, the anaerobic bacteria choose to reside around and digest the insulating coating of nerve fibers. When the insulating coating is broken, the electrical impulses in the nerves “short” out, causing spasms and eventually muscular “lock-up”. To cure the disease, simply kill the bacteria that are eating the nerve linings! To stop recurrence of this or any other systemic disease, simply cause your body to revert to its original aerobic systemic functions and you will remain disease-free, naturally.  TOP ^

 

Safe Detoxification with Chlorine Dioxide

 

For the past couple of weeks I’ve been learning about, and experiencing something wonderful; that has implications for every one of us. It is a procedure that involves precipitating a chemical solvent, chlorine dioxide, in quantities small enough to be safely ingested, and large enough to kill pathogens that are presently living in our body, robbing it of energy, and poisoning it with waste material, and making it more vulnerable to disease. If this is not your situation, it is certainly the situation of someone you know and love.

The product is called, “MMS,” which stands for miracle mineral supplement. Caution flags rise immediately when the term “miracle” is used to describe anything that amazes us, or when we don’t understand how it does what it does. In this case, it is indeed amazing. However, an explanation of why MMS is so effective as a pathogen destroyer is possible. It’s not the MMS that destroys pathogens; the chlorine dioxide does that. But when you understand the chemistry, you’ll see that it’s not a miracle… it just seems like one.

 

Humble Origins

The MMS protocol was developed by Jim Humble, a gold miner and metallurgist, on an expedition into the jungles of Central America, looking for gold. It was a response to a need to help a member of his expedition who came down with malaria, more than two days away, through heavy jungle, from the next mine. After many years of experience, Humble always carried stabilized oxygen with him on such expeditions, to make local water potable. Facing the possibility of a quick loss of life, he gave it to the stricken man. To everyone’s amazement, he was well within a few hours. That sure seemed like a miracle, but Humble wanted to better understand what had just happened.

 Over the course of several years, Jim Humble figured out that what made stabilized oxygen so effective in some malaria cases, was not the oxygen at all, but the trace amounts of chlorine dioxide. Further research led him to come up with a way to produce hundreds, if not thousands more units of chlorine dioxide than what is found in stabilized oxygen. This is through using a higher concentrate of sodium chlorite (28% vs. 3% for stabilized oxygen), in conjunction with the activator. The proof of the efficacy of this simple protocol was in successfully helping over 75,000 people in several African nations – including Uganda and Malawi – rid themselves, primarily of malaria, but also hepatitis, cancer, and AIDS.

Jim Humble chronicled his experiences in two downloadable ebooks that are available at his web site: www.miraclemineral.org. The book is titled, Breakthrough: The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st Century. Part one, which is a free download, tells how it began. Part two, which costs $9.95, continues the story, discusses the chemistry involved, and gives clear instructions on how to prepare MMS yourself. (A hard copy edition is also available.) This is important, because once you understand the chemistry, and the absolute absence of downside effects, outside of feeling nauseous and “expelling” when toxins and pathogens are dislodged, it becomes an option that anyone who may be on toxin overload must try out for one’s self.

Anyone can be on toxin overload. Some are but won’t admit it. Others would prefer to think they’re not. If your health is not perfect… you’re habitually low on energy, have trouble keeping your weight down, or blood pressure in the normal range, or constantly dealing with inflammation or pain, then there’s likely a toxin, heavy metal, virus, bacteria, or parasite issue in play. Traditional medicine will typically respond by loading you up with additional pollutants, many of which indiscriminately kill healthy tissue while going after “the bad guys.” Not so with chlorine dioxide. It only acts on harmful presences. Miracle or not, the effects are wonderful. I’d vote for Wonderful Mineral Supplement in a heartbeat!

Over the next few pages, I’m going to describe the MMS protocol. When followed, it will produce and distribute chlorine dioxide to your red blood cells, which is the most effective and intelligent pathogen killer known to Nature.

 

But first, a little background on the chemistry.

Chlorine dioxide and chlorine are not the same. Chlorine is a chemical element. In ion form, chlorine is part of common salt and other compounds, and necessary to most forms of life, including human. A powerful oxidizing agent, it is the most abundant dissolved ion in ocean water, and readily combines with nearly every other element, including sodium to form salt crystals, and magnesium, as magnesium chloride.

Chlorine dioxide is a chemical compound that consists of one chlorine ion bound to two ions of oxygen. Oxidizing agents are chemical compounds that readily accept electrons from “electron donors.” They gain electrons via chemical reaction. This is important because relative to chlorine dioxide, all pathogens are electron donors.

Chlorine dioxide is extremely volatile. You might call it “hot tempered,” but in a very beneficial way. This volatility is a key factor in chlorine dioxide’s effectiveness as a pathogen destroyer.

The compound is literally explosive; so explosive, it’s not safe to transport in any quantity. Therefore, it is common practice to generate chlorine dioxide “on site” at the point of use. Most chlorine dioxide production is done on a scale that would prove deadly for individuals, for example, in municipal water treatment systems, where it is beginning to replace chlorine because it produces no carcinogenic byproducts. Chlorine dioxide is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency in safely removing pathogens and contaminates like anthrax. So you know it must be effective. However, the concentrations used in such applications can vary from 500 to over 6,000 parts per million (ppm), which would clearly be deadly to an individual. Using the MMS protocol you will produce chlorine dioxide in the range of 1 ppm.

You will use the MMS solution, which is safe to transport, to make nature’s harmless pathogen remover.

 The MMS solution is 28% sodium chlorite in distilled water. You can produce chlorine dioxide with a single drop, when an “activator” of vinegar, lemon juice, or a 10% solution of citric acid is added. The latter two activators are recommended for people with Lyme disease. “Applications” of chlorine dioxide range from 1 drop to a maximum of 15, except in life critical situations, where the maximum may be doubled. A “maintenance application” is six drops, with ¼ teaspoon of activator added. After adding the activator, the chemical reaction that turns sodium chlorite into chlorine dioxide takes only about three minutes.

 The activating ingredient in vinegar that makes the change possible is acetic acid. It also sets the stage for what happens when the chlorine dioxide ions enter the bloodstream. This weak acid acts like a blasting cap by lowering the pH of the chlorine dioxide, without setting it off.

The natural pH of sodium chlorite is 13. Adding vinegar, lemon juice, or citric acid) creates about 3 mg of unstable but still harmless chlorine dioxide.

 

The Process

Let’s talk a bit more about how and why chlorine dioxide works for giving the immune system a new lease on life. Volatility is what makes chlorine dioxide so effective when it contacts pathogens. As we’ve mentioned, chlorine dioxide is a safe and effective disinfectant in many municipal water delivery systems, hospitals, and even in bioterrorism response. It stands to reason that chlorine dioxide would be just as effective working in the waters of the human body.

Chlorine dioxide’s extreme volatility prevents pathogens from developing a resistance. Mainly because when they “clash,” the pathogens no longer exist. Yet, healthy cells and beneficial bacteria are unaffected. While normal levels of oxygen in the blood cannot destroy all of the pathogens present under disease conditions, delivery of chlorine dioxide changes everything.  

 

“Halt! Surrender Your Electrons, Now!”

When a chlorine dioxide ion contacts a harmful pathogen, it instantly rips up to five electrons from the pathogen, in what can be likened to a microscopic explosion… harmless to us, but terminal for pathogens.

The pathogen – an electron donor – is rendered harmless due to the involuntary surrendering of its electrons to the chlorine dioxide – an electron acceptor – and the resulting release of energy. Oxidized by the chlorine ion, the former pathogen becomes a harmless salt.

 This process benefits a body that has become toxic. Throughout the body, anywhere chlorine dioxide ions – transported via red blood cells – come in contact with pathogens, the pathogens give up their electrons and cease to exist. The chlorine dioxide armed cells only “detonate” on contact with pathogens, which include harmful bacteria, viruses, toxins, heavy metals, and parasites. All of these will have pH values that are out of the body’s range of good health. They will also have a positive ionic charge. The chlorine dioxide equipped cells do not oxidize beneficial bacteria, or healthy cells, as their pH levels are 7 or above, and hold a negative ion charge.

 Chlorine dioxide ions will oxidize – meaning vaporize – diseased cells… anything that is acidic, with a positive ion charge. If the chlorine dioxide ions encounter no pathogens or other poisons, it deteriorates into table salt and in some instances, hypochlorous acid, which the body can also use.

 

A Pathogen Terminator

Research has proven chlorine dioxide to be much safer than chlorine, as it is selective for pathogens when used in water. Furthermore, it does not create harmful compounds from other constituents in the water as chlorine does.

Numerous scientific studies have demonstrated that chlorine – part of the halogen family of elements – creates as least three carcinogenic compounds when it enters the body, principally trihalomethanes (THMs). There has been no such evidence of harmful compounds being produced from chlorine dioxide. This is why, in 1999, the American Society of Analytical Chemists proclaimed chlorine dioxide to be the most powerful pathogen killer known to man. It has even been used to clean up after anthrax attacks.

 

A Journey into Chemical Alchemy

Once it is introduced into the bloodstream, chlorine dioxide performs a highly energetic acceptance of four electrons when it comes across any cell that is below a pH value of 7. This means that diseased cells are essentially vaporized (i.e., “oxidized”) while healthy cells are unaffected.

 

 Here is how it happens.

Red blood cells that are normal carriers of oxygen throughout the body do not differentiate between chlorine dioxide and oxygen. Therefore, after ingesting the MMS/chlorine dioxide-rich solution, red blood cells pick up chlorine dioxide ions that are deposited on the stomach wall where it normally gathers nutrients of various kinds before journeying through the body.

Then, when the red blood cells armed with chlorine dioxide encounter parasites, fungi, or diseased cells that all have low pH and a positive ionic charge, the “aliens” are destroyed along with the chlorine dioxide ion. If no such encounters occur, the chlorine dioxide will be carried to a point in the body where oxygen normally oxidizes poisons and other harmful agents.

 If the chlorine dioxide doesn’t hit anything that can set it off, it will deteriorate, and thus lose an electron or two. This may allow it to combine with a very important substance that the immune system uses to make hypochlorous acid. This compound kills pathogens, killer cells, and even cancerous cells. Hypochlorous acid is so important, its diminished presence in the body is described medically by the term myeloperoxidase deficiency.

 Many people are afflicted by this condition. The immune system needs a great deal more hypochlorous acid when disease is present. Facilitated by the MMS solution, chlorine dioxide delivers it in spades, as does magnesium chloride, but that’s another part of the health discussion.

 The most salient point to know, is that chlorine dioxide has 100 times more energy to do what oxygen normally does, and yet, will not harm healthy cells. By the way, if you are totally healthy, and have nothing in your body that is at an acidic level below 7, there are no ill-effects from taking chlorine dioxide. However, your stores of hypochlorous acid will be increased.

 MMS works best to destroy pathogens that may be present in the body, when 2 or 3 mg of free chlorine dioxide are in the solution at the time it is swallowed. However, the body is supplied with chlorine dioxide in a “timed release” manner lasting about 12 hours. Be aware, that before you feel better, it is likely you will feel ill.

 

“Why Must I Feel Sick?”

The nauseous feeling that you may experience would be the result of chlorine dioxide encountering, dislodging – hence the “sick” feeling – and then destroying pathogens encountered. We are generally oblivious of the pathogens that are introduced to our body, especially after they have been stored in the tissue of various organs. Since they build up over time, they generally affect our health slowly, and cumulatively.

 However, chlorine dioxide takes them out suddenly, which may result in a dramatic reaction. However, it passes in much less time than it took for the toxins and pathogens to accumulate.

When the chlorine dioxide “goes off,” the electron stripped pathogens cease to exist.

As an example, one will almost always feel ill in hepatitis cases because the liver is induced to expel stored poisons, which are then destroyed by an army of red blood cells containing chlorine dioxide. It’s really no contest. But it doesn’t have to be something as acute as hepatitis.

 Years of “leeching” of from dental amalgams can “innocently” deposit enough mercury to one’s system to steal innocence, rob vitality, and erase precious memories. Dislodging and vaporizing it will feel uncomfortable for a very short time compared to the time it took to accumulate.

If you feel sick when you take this protocol, know that your health and vitality awaits to rejoin you on “the other side” of the ill feeling.

 If it has no “close encounters” with pathogens, chlorine dioxide deteriorates into constituents that are totally non-toxic. Nothing poisonous is left behind to build up, as is the case with many medical protocols. Medical treatments currently provide you NO way of removing the poisons when said poisons don’t work. You are left on your own in a strange land and diseased state, without a roadmap back to health.  Nature’s chlorine dioxide, on the other hand, lasts long enough to do its job, then that which does not furnish the immune system with needed ions becomes nothing more than micro amounts of salt and water. The chlorine dioxide has just a few minutes to do its thing, and then it no longer exists, leaving nothing behind that can build up, or do additional harm.

 

The Procedure

So the procedure is simple. All you need is your bottle of MMS, a clean, empty, dry glass, an eyedropper, and the activator (vinegar, lemon juice, or citric acid).

1.                  Add your drops of MMS – sodium chlorite – to a clean, empty dry glass. If this is not a critical, life threatening situation, start with one drop. If it is an acute disease situation, you should still limit your starting application to 15 drops of MMS. It has been brought to my attention that the current rule of thumb is 3 drops of sodium chlorite per 25 lbs. of body weight. This would put anyone who is 125 lbs at the 15 drop limit. A reader notes that Mr. Humble suggested that she (at 275 lbs) need to get up to 33 drops, and at 10 drop maintenance dose, rather than the “normal” 6-drops. (Thanks D.A.)

2.                  For 1-6 drops of sodium chlorite add ¼ teaspoon of activator. If you’re using vinegar, any kind is okay, including apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, as long as it has roughly 5% acetic acid. For 7-15 drops, add ½ teaspoon of activator — if using vinegar or lemon juice.

 

1.                                          CITRIC ACID ACTIVATOR: To make a 10% solution of citric acid: Put one level tablespoon full of crystals in a clean glass or jar. Then add 9 level tablespoons full of purified water into the same jar. When the crystals have dissolved, this is a 10% solution. In all cases when using the citric acid as an activator, use 5 drops for each 1 drop of MMS. Do everything else the same. Wait 3 minutes after mixing, add juice and drink.

2.                                          When using the citric acid as an activator, be sure to keep in mind all of the other instructions concerning taking the MMS. Start with taking 1 drop of MMS and 5 drops of citric acid and then work up to greater amounts.

3.                                          Since droppers come in various sizes, you may want to use the same size dropper for the MMS and the citric acid so you know you are getting enough for good activation.

4.                                          If you’re going into the rarefied territory beyond 15 drops, use the same ratios; i.e., another ¼ teaspoon (total of ¾ tsp.) for up to 21 drops, 1 tblsp. for up to 30, etc for vinegar and lemon juice activators, and 5 drops of 10% solution of citric acid for each drop of MMS.

3.                  WAIT THREE MINUTES, then add ½ glass of apple juice, grape juice, cranberry or pineapple juice, or water. This further stabilizes the compound, and brings the concentration of chloride dioxide that you will ingest to 1 part per million (ppm).

4.                  Drink IMMEDIATELY. The “chlorine-like” taste will be negligible.

Allowing the drink to sit for any significant time allows chlorine gas to build up above the drink, which lessens the amount of chlorine dioxide in the drink.

 Start modestly with as little as 1 drop of MMS on your first day, and then increase the number on each following day, up to the maximum of 15. ONLY THE MOST ACUTE TOXIC OVERLOAD SITUATIONS WILL WARRANT THIS AMOUNT OF APPLICATION. Your body WILL tell you when you’ve reached the optimum dosage for you.

 Clearing will not be comfortable, but it need not be intolerable. You may feel like you’ve been through a battle, and in a sense, you have. It’s a battle for domain over your health, and hence, your life. Before you can be healthy again, you need to destroy toxins, pathogens, and parasites. In order to do so, they have to be uprooted and released from their “strongholds” in your body tissue. You will feel the effects, but is a good thing. You will also feel health, again.

 The sick feeling will be TEMPORARY, a small price to pay for the longer term possibility of lasting restored health, no matter what stage of life you happen to be currently experiencing.

When the clearing is done, you won’t need to take the maximum dosages. You can go on a maintenance application (six (6) drops of MMS) to keep your insides pathogen free and immune system strong.

 A few more words about fruit juices. They can be substituted for water as long as they are freshly made. Do not buy them off the shelf and use them, and DO NOT use orange juice. RE-STARTING YOUR AEROBIC BODY

The previous information briefly outlines how almost everyone has become “anaerobic” at a systemic level. Correcting the problem is not very difficult at all; it is merely a matter of following some self-evident, simple, basic truths. 

A properly balanced aerobic body begins at the systemic foundation - the colon. Almost everyone will need to start at the “bottom” and work up through their body’s systems to correct the balance. (Only almost-dead people with life threatening diseases that have progressed to critical stages should have the actual disease cured first, prior to correcting the aerobic system.) A colon cleanse works from the inside out, does not require any enemas or “colonics” or putting anything into the body reverse to what nature intended. The best (and only) always successful colon cleanse starts with specialized magnesium oxides, specifically bound with high concentrates of oxygen. 

Magnesium oxide is heavy and will travel through the stomach quickly to the intestine and colon where the problem lies. Most men or women over 20 years of age have ten to twenty pounds of undigested, totally putrefied, almost “rubberized” fecal matter stuck to the inner walls of their large intestine. The high oxygen content of the magnesium oxide (available in bulk powder form at most pharmacies, or by product brand names such as Colosan or Bioxy Cleanse in health food stores) will immediately start to dissolve, or oxidize this built up matter. At first, diarrhea-like symptoms will accompany a very dark, liquid stool, which will progressively get lighter in color and stiffer in consistency, until all old matter is dissolved. Of course, cleaning the old crap out must be supplemented by a change of diet to minimize recurrence of the same old build up. One must eat sufficient oxygen-rich raw food to maintain the aerobic colon. 

Most people will necessarily have to supplement their diet with some healthy bacteria (yogurt or kiefer culture, etc.) at least in the beginning, if not for the rest of their life especially if their essential appendix was chopped out by Dr. Hack N. Wackett. Once the colon is cleansed and a high oxygen diet has been initiated, together with healthy yogurt or kiefer cultures, then the liver may be purged of all built-up or stored, filtered matter as well. One method has proven to be universally successful and that is set forth explicitly in the addendum to this article titled “Liver Cleanse”. 

The liver cleanse, or series of cleanses will purge the liver and gallbladder of all “stones”, usually three to four pints in an average (35 - 40 yr. old) adult. This purging of the liver will then allow the lymph and blood systems to again re-commence their filtration through the liver. (This filtration is by-passed in most people, as the liver has been plugged to capacity.) Once the lymph system is fully filtered, it will automatically revert to an oxygen-rich aerobic system. The lymph will then start to attract disease bacterium viruses and toxins, and together with the blood system, will deliver them all to the liver for treatment in the bile and subsequent elimination by the digestion system. This now entirely aerobic-systemic, operating body will not allow any bacteriologic or viral disease to reside; no colds, no influenza, no cancer, no aids, no Alzheimer’s, no Parkinson’s, no multiple sclerosis - no systemic disease, period! 

A modest maintenance program of healthy oxygen-rich diet, occasional magnesium oxide with high concentrates of oxygen for colon maintenance, together with an occasional liver cleanse will keep everyone healthy and disease-free. (Some people that have had severe anaerobic lymph systems for many years may require specialized electronically enhanced lymph massage to actually break loose the blockages in their lymph nodes to re-start the natural flow.) If disease has become critical, all of the above steps are undoubtedly essential to preventing its recurrence. 

A simple and fast interim cure (which may only be temporary if you do not help your entire system revert to its intended aerobic status) is the use of rectally or vaginally insufflated ozone. Ozone is simply highly concentrated oxygen. It is absolutely safe, harmless and totally effective at destroying all toxins and killing all anaerobic bacteria and viruses. Once introduced into the body, the ozone will act in one of the following ways:

1) If an ozone chain (series of alternately charged oxygen molecules) encounters a red blood cell with it’s “T-receptor” switch open - because it has a sugar/energy molecule in tow, an oxygen molecule from the ozone chain will break away and join to the red blood cell, instantly oxidizing the sugar, turning it into the body’s required energy. (The process actually converts the sugar to water and carbon dioxide with heat, or energy as the essential by-product.)

4) Ozone insufflations (rectally or vaginally) with a properly designed and calibrated medical grade ozone generator are 100% safe with absolutely no possible negative side effects. A good ozone generator may cost about US$2,500.00. A typical treatment may be administered in less than 10 minutes and is quite comfortable. Here's a tip for big babies: add some water and a dash of honey to the lemon juice. This "lemonade" will wash out the chalky taste. The lemon or vinegar will assist the hydrochloric acid in liberating the oxygen from the Colosan. 

It is important to take Colosan on an empty stomach and wait an hour and a half before eating anything else. Colosan can be taken 2, 3 or more times a day for an initial cleansing period of 4 to 7 days. After the initial cleansing period, Colosan can be taken once or twice weekly for mainte­nance. In general, it breaks down that men take Colosan once a week and women prefer to take it twice weekly. There is an informal Colosan Club of people who take it every Monday morning to atone for what they have done over the weekend. We call it "The Push".

"The hospitals would be empty in five years!" This may seem a little preposterous to you, but not to a medical doctor we recently interviewed. 

The doctor believes that many hospitals would have to be closed down and put up for sale if enough people followed his advice. If you are expecting some expensive treatment you will have to fly to Switzerland for, you need not worry. His answer is not some miracle drug. Nor is it some exotic herb, rare vitamin, quack nostrum or magic pep pill. And, it is not raw foods. 

His answer is so basic and so fundamental that everyone overlooked it - both the medical doctors and the nutritionists. It is somewhat ironic that the world's most prominent anti-aging "experts" missed the biggest anti-aging discovery of the last fifty years. 

This solution is pathetically simple; and it works. So you would think that the doctor's research would be front-page stories in every health magazine in the country. This has not happened. Since his views are 100% radically different from existing theories, not many publications want to go out on a limb and present his work. No one wants to admit to their readers or patients that they were wrong - and that their advice may have caused others harm. 

The doctor is a former professor of Gynecologic Endocrinology at a major medical school in California. For the last ten years he has specialized in treating women's premenstrual tension syndrome (PMS). He considers this to be nothing more than a symptom of premature aging. "Instead of women's ovaries aging at 60, they age at 17 or 20." 

When he puts his women patients on his controversial program, almost all of them reported that their PMS vanished. Most of the women said that they lost weight, increased their energy, felt far less depressed and started enjoying sex like they never had in years. Well, that's what youth is all about. 

Many said that they also noticed less wrinkles - and they didn't even put anything on their skin. But this report goes far beyond slowing down the aging process and feeling better. It discusses a colossal dietary mistake that is driving North Americans into the hospitals by the millions. This single mistake is rapidly aging young people - yet nearly no one is aware of it. 

Instead of enjoying supreme health in the prime of their life, people are needlessly crippled by arthritis, heart disease, severe blood sugar problems, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer's disease. And every year -- in spite of breakthrough after breakthrough in the medical world -- the statistics keep getting worse! 

The doctor told us, "If the government reversed the daily requirements for calcium and magnesium, you could clean out the hospitals”. Take less calcium, take more magnesium, and clean out the hospitals. It sounds so simple, yet I believe this one powerful concept can change the health of the entire world. He also said that even the "best" American diet -- fresh natural foods, balanced supplements and good common sense -- can lead to rapid aging and cellular degeneration. 

Many of the world's greatest scientists are looking for the magic "youth pill" that can slow down the aging process. The promotion of anti-aging products is already a booming business. The "fountain of youth" can never be found unless one of the main causes of aging is STOPPED and reversed; that cause is the pathological calcification of the soft tissues of the body. 

Unless this basic issue is addressed, all the aging experts are just wasting their time and misleading the public! There is no question that calcium can be a lifesaver. Calcium plays a vital role in many physiological functions such as blood clotting, lactation, nerve (impulse) conduction, muscle contraction, bone metabolism and the formation of intercellular cement. 

However, in the wrong places, calcium can be the kiss of death. Calcium can be a "great white villain". It can age you just as fast as the most excruciating stress. It’s a paradox how the same nutrient can be both a lifesaver and a villain. But that's the way nature is. This same principle applies to all basic nutrients, including oxygen, hydrogen and every mineral in your body. 

As you grow older, the calcium migrates from the hard tissues (bones) to the soft tissues in your body. This principle is so important that you should read it to yourself five times before you go any further. Increased calcification IS aging; however, few people seem to understand the full scope of the problem. It is the most prevalent clinical symptom in industrial cultures. 

Where the calcium builds up, depends merely on your individual biochemistry. When the calcium deposits in the joints, we call it arthritis. When the calcium deposits in the blood vessels, we call it hardening of the arteries. When the calcium deposits in the heart, we call it heart disease. When the calcium deposits on the brain, we call it senility. 

The calcification process is slow but insidious. It occurs gradually over a period of 10, 20, and 30 years or more. In many cases, it can even begin in childhood! There is almost no soft tissue in your body that is immune from calcification. Your adrenal glands, your kidneys and even parts of your inner ear can calcify to one degree or another. 

As you will learn shortly, parts of the basic human cell itself can calcify. Pathological calcification can cause "a thousand and one chronic illnesses." A few of these conditions include: obesity, memory loss, sever muscular conditions, hypertension, kidney stones, chronic bronchitis, hearing loss, massive depression, and even cataracts and cancer. 

Generally, the higher the concentration of calcium in a body organ, the more difficult it is for the organ to function. It is important to note that the calcium does not have to precipitate out to cause problems. If the amount of calcium in an organ merely doubles, -- relative to the magnesium -- this is enough to prematurely age that organ. 

The key word to remember is "relative". The level of calcium is not as important as its relation to magnesium. In some cases, the level of calcium (relative to magnesium) in a particular tissue is more than ten times normal! People in this category are frequently in the hospital for one reason or another. Most people assume that if your blood calcium levels are normal, you are OK. This may or may not be the case. 

Your blood calcium level remains extremely constant. It usually registers from 9-11 mg per 100ml of blood. Circulating calcium levels appear to be one of the most constant of all biological variables. This is only logical because the body couldn't tolerate calcium precipitating out in your blood. But here's the problem: In many cases your blood calcium levels can be normal -­ yet you can still suffer from pathological levels of calcium! So where is the pathology? It's in the soft tissue. It's in your heart, your arteries and your muscles. 

In this respect, monitoring your calcium level by a blood test can be highly misleading. Your blood calcium level can be normal, and you can be aging rapidly. Or even worse, you can be just days from death. In fact this has happened numerous times. Many people have gone in for a check-up and had comprehensive blood tests. The doctor tells them, "You're in perfect health." The next day, the patient dies of a heart attack! 

Here's another example: The blood calcium level is normal, however, the bones are devastated by calcium loss and the kidneys are so loaded with high calcium levels that the person has kidney stones. And to make it even more confusing, the person may be in "perfect calcium balance." It's the tissues, the tissues, the tissues where the calcium pathology takes place -- not the blood! 

The media has been hypnotizing the public for over thirty years that our need for calcium increases as we grow older. According to the doctor, "Advice like this is ruining the health of the country." It's driving every man woman and teenager into premature aging. If you want to discover the fountain of youth, look to the children. Look at the biochemistry of children. That's where the answers are. 

The child has LOW calcium levels in his/her soft tissues. One researcher in California, Dr. Paul Eck, confirmed this fact after evaluating the tissue biochemistry of over 300,000 people. He stated, " It doesn't take a genius to figure out that tissue calcium levels rise as one grows older. That's something that you can't deny at all. I've seen that for over fifteen years." 

You can understand this fact a little easier when you consider calcium's role in the body. Calcium gives the body its rigidity. There is no mineral in the body that can give rigidity to the body except calcium. Obviously, that's why the concentration of calcium is high in the bones. 

Many doctors who work on the spine can understand this. As a person gets older, it gets harder and harder to give an adjustment. The tissues are harder; the muscles are less flexible. You have to use more and more pressure because the spinal muscles are solidifying. 

What is the worst part of growing old? All women know the answer: WRINKLES! It is a prevalent fear among many women. What happens to the skin, as you grow old is often the same thing that happens to other soft tissue- increased calcification. Didn't you ever wonder why children have smooth, moist skin and old people often have tough, leathery, wrinkled skin? Well, now you have your answer. It's the calcium that dries out the skin. 

Basically, that's what scleroderma is. It is highly calcified skin; it's the extreme case. Scleroderma means "hard skin". The skin actually hardens and looks like leather. When a person has scleroderma, the skin at 20 can look like a person's skin at age 70! When most people age, this same thing happens to a much lesser degree. The skin dries out and wrinkles. 

Here's the best proof: If you were to mix cement with your hand, and take your hand out, your fingers would burn from the lime in the cement. The skin on your hand would shrink and actually form wrinkles and depressions. This is almost what your skin would look like when it is old and wrinkled. The skin on your face would be almost indistinguishable from your wrinkled hand. What is the reason for your skin shrinking when you put it in cement? The cement contains lime, which sucks in water like crazy. Lime dehydrates your skin and that's where you get the wrinkling effect. 

Now lime is calcium. And the calcium in your body has that same effect upon the tissues. It dehydrates the tissues. The higher the level of calcium in your skin, the drier it will generally be. 

Women in Europe used to have their doctors inject them with tuberculosis bacillus. The women did this because they wanted beautiful skin. These women did not know why it worked; they just knew that their skin appeared 10-15 years younger. Here's the reason: tuberculosis - an infectious condition -would cause a person's metabolism to increase. The faster a person's metabolism is, the lower their tissue calcium levels are. 

Can you see the connection? The lower the level of calcium in the skin, the more moisture the skin would hold. Hence, the more beautiful the skin would look. We obviously do not recommend this foolish method of making one's skin look younger, however, the scientific reasoning is fascinating. 

Here's another example: When autopsies of elderly people are performed, the tissues are all dried up. There's little mass; there's shrinkage. There's dryness in appearance to the organs. When you look at a fresh organ of a young child or even a 24 year old person -- and everything has moisture in it. 

But an older person is just the opposite. The moisture is gone. There is not even a glow or a gleam or a glistening effect on the organs. Fat is glistening. You can observe this on a piece of prime rib. It's a glistening fat because it's got water in it. Fat is mainly water. You look at the fat on an autopsy of a person who is old and the fat doesn't even glisten. It's like marble; it's solidified. The moisture content is gone. Well, the moisture content in the whole body decreases with age. That is simply because of increased calcification of the soft tissue. 

The doctor told us that when he reduced the amount of calcium in women's diets - and increased their magnesium levels - they noticed that their skin became moister, right away. The skin developed more tone. 

Another doctor that we know asked many of his patients if they noticed that their skin became drier when they took a lot of calcium. Every single one of them said, "Now that you mention it, yes!" In many cases, the body will send excess calcium to an organ as a "defense mechanism". Calcium is the body's defense against weakened tissue. 

Calcification, of the arteries is nature's way of protecting weak blood vessels from rupturing. It's like a patch on a bad tire. In the short run, a "calcium patch" can save your life. However, in the long run, it can be fatal. 

The late Dr. Hans Seyle, a Nobel Laureate in Physiology and Medicine, proved this concept conclusively. He was the first doctor to call attention to the widespread occurrence of pathological calcification. His findings are described in his book, "Calciphylaxis". 

Dr. Seyle discusses over one thousand clinical conditions, which are associated with abnormal calcium deposits. Dr. Hans Seyle also exposed lab rats to severe biochemical stress to prove that pathological calcification can occur in almost any organ. He noted that animals aged dramatically as calcium was being laid down in the soft tissues. He administered various steroids to stress the rats. When he autopsied the rats, there was extensive calcification of the tissues. He had never seen this before in any test animal he had ever worked with. At six months of age, various organs showed massive degeneration. They were as non-functional as an old and weakened animal. The more he stressed a particular organ, the more it would calcify, and the quicker it would age. 

Another excellent book on this topic is called "Pathological Calcification". On page four is a classic statement about this universal problem: "Thus, in a sensitized human, any inherent weakness in a body organ, or any internal injury may result in calcium deposition in the weakened tissue". This section is the most important part of the issue. It gets to the very core of the aging process itself -- the human cell. Very few health books in North America cover this information. 

Both magnesium and calcium are the two most abundant bivalent ions in the cells of practically all-living systems - from microbes to humans. Both of these minerals are antagonistic to each other. Picture a seesaw with calcium on one end and magnesium on the other. When one goes up, the other goes down; each one controls the other. What very few people know is that within the cell, the concentration of calcium is very LOW. In the cellular cytoplasm, the concentration of calcium is especially low. 

One of the most fascinating medical books on this topic is called "Cellular Calcium and Magnesium Metabolism,” written by Professor F. L. Bygrave. Almost every line in chapter eight is a philosophical gem. Within the cell there is a very important "biochemical pump". The doctor calls it the "cellular calcium pump". Do you know what the main function of this pump is? It is to pump calcium OUT of the cell! How long you live, how healthy you are and how quick you age is dependent upon this calcium pump. When too much calcium accumulates in the cell, it kills the cells. To put it very bluntly, as our doctor said, "When the pump fails, you die". 

The power plant of the human cell is called the "mitochondria". The mitochondria are what generate energy for the cell to use. What everyone refers to as "ENERGY” is derived intercellularly from the oxidative reduction or cellular respiration. This is done through the mitochondria. 

The problem arises when the cell is low in magnesium - relative to calcium. The generation of ATP, the "energy currency" of the cell, is magnesium dependent. This means it is obvious that the calcium pump at the cell membrane is also magnesium dependent. Without enough "biologically available" magnesium, the cellular calcium pump slows down. It becomes a vicious cycle. The low levels of available magnesium inhibit the generation of energy, and the low levels of energy inhibit the calcium pump. 

What’s the end result? The mitochondria - the powerhouse of the cell and the entire body - begins to become calcified. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF AGING. It starts in the cell! First, the cells age. This leads to organ aging. And, after the organs age, you have overall individual aging. It all starts within the cell. 

Professor Bygrave says in his book, "Since calcium is readily accumulated by mitochondria, this ion is potentially capable of antagonizing the activating influence of magnesium on many intramitochondrial enzyme reactions". 

This means that every function of your body can be inhibited when the mitochondria calcify. It's like going through life with the emergency brake on. Calcium is the brake. Magnesium is the accelerator. To be in optimum health, there must be a balance between the two. Both minerals are vitally important, but there must be that critical balance. 

As the author of the classic French book, "Soil, Grass and Cancer" wrote, "Calcium contents cannot be considered separately without taking the other mineral elements into account. It is the mineral equilibria, and not the individual elements that govern the phenomena of life." That's the magic word -- equilibria. 

Everyone today is concerned with his or her chronological age. But they should be equally concerned with their "biochemical age". The ratio of calcium to magnesium within your cells is your "biochemical age". as you age, the level of calcium usually increases relative to the magnesium. Tragically, in many cases, children are now starting to show high cellular calcium levels. 

The hospitals started filling up in the late 1950's. People began to age and degenerate like never before. Arthritis increased, diabetes increased, heart disease increased - all the big name diseases increased. People started becoming senile at a much younger age. Even young people were not immune to the ravages of heart disease. That all this happened and continues to happen is an international tragedy. The real damage has never been calculated. No one wants to speak out against what is happening. 

At the end of WWII, the US government increased the RDA for calcium. It recommended that every school child drink two glasses of milk a day, in school. It is fascinating to note that the Recommended Dietary Allowance, (RDA), for calcium was 400mg a day up until WWII. Then, Sherman was appointed to set up the RDA's for calcium. He was a medical doctor and had a large research grant from the Dairy Council. His recommendations soon became law. Suddenly, the RDA for calcium went up to 1,200mg for teenagers and 800 mgs for adults. (The National Institute of Health now recommends 1,500mg of calcium for women after menopause).

At this point taxpayers’ money was being used to finance the dairy industry. The quality of work and health has decreased ever since. It has indeed become worse every year. It is not hard to see that the Dairy Council influenced the government for financial gain at the detriment of hundreds of millions of North American citizens. 

One only has to remember, during this same time period, the same government was exposing its citizens to high doses of radiation, without their consent or knowledge, to see what would happen to them. 

There is a definite correlation between the time period when the new law was passed to increase calcium consumption in the American public, and, the increase in degenerative diseases in the populace. The degenerative diseases referred to are: arthritis, diabetes, cataracts, and heart disease; just to name a few. 

During the US War in Viet Nam, doctors found advanced arteriosclerosis in young soldiers; this had never been seen before. The men were 18, 20 and 21 years young when they died and they had advanced calcification of their aortas. This was only since increased dairy consumption started. Increased calcium intake without a corresponding increase in magnesium intake will result in premature aging. The calcification of soft tissue is nothing other than a cellular aging process. 

North Americans have the highest RDA requirements for calcium and the lowest RDA for magnesium. The ratio of calcium to magnesium in the diet gets right to the core of almost all health problems - and especially the ability to think clearly. 

Aging is the calcification of cellular mitochondria. In some people, this happens in the first years of life. Of course, new cells grow and replace those, but it shouldn't happen in a healthy person; at least not that young. Many thousands of years ago, humans lived in a magnesium-rich but calcium-poor environment. 

For reasons of survival, the human body has an efficient mechanism for conserving calcium. We have certain hormones, which conserve calcium in the body. One of these is vitamin D3, which is a cholesterol derivative. However, it is really a hormone. The skin has a process that creates vitamin D3 under the influence of solar ultra-violet light. This is then hydroxylated in the liver and then the kidneys to produce “1, 25-dihydroxy-vitamin D3”, the most potent calcium conserving substance. This hormone increases calcium absorption in the small intestine and decreases calcium excretion in the urine. 

Essentially the body is designed to handle a low calcium diet. The substance, that increases the body's ability to thrive on low calcium, is magnesium. When you get too much calcium in your diet, you suppress this adaptability. When there is enough magnesium in the diet, the calcium can be converted to something called "hydroxyappetite". This is a hard, phosphate form of calcium. This is the form of calcium in the bones. However, on a high-calcium, low-magnesium diet, this conversion is going to be very difficult, if not entirely suppressed. 

Calcium is not something that you need every day. You have enough storage of calcium to last for years, even if you have a diet with zero calcium. Of course, most foods contain some calcium, so it is impossible to avoid it entirely. However, magnesium is needed every day because the body does not have a conserving mechanism for magnesium. 

The average North American diet consists of about 1,000mg to 1,200mg of calcium and only 200mg to 300mg of magnesium. If you want to rapidly age your cells and body that is the perfect diet to accomplish the task. The efficiency of calcium going to their bone is so low, that's why they have to give so much calcium. However, the bulk of the calcium doesn't go to the bone; it goes to the soft tissue where it does not belong. 

For the kidneys to excrete calcium they need magnesium otherwise, calcium precipitates in the kidneys. If the magnesium is not present, you end up with kidney stones.

The ratio of calcium to magnesium in dairy products is ten parts calcium to one part magnesium. To be healthy for you, all dairy products need a lot more magnesium. They should contain twice as much magnesium, as calcium. Instead some milk now has added calcium. 

A lot of people are allergic to dairy products. However, what is really causing the problem is the high calcium to magnesium ratio. Lactase, the enzyme which is needed to digest milk is magnesium dependent - hence the common illusion that "I can't digest milk"! Almost everyone can digest milk - if they have sufficient magnesium to activate the lactase! 

As this brief article points out, we all need to take a serious look at the ratio of our dietary intake of magnesium/calcium.

 

Note:

It is advisable to discontinue all calcium supplements without exception. The proper ratio of magnesium has been established as four times the amount of calcium intake. Since all vegetables, fruits and starches contain high amounts of calcium, magnesium oxide supplement is essential to balance your diet. Also, all magnesium has been lost in any cooked (or pasteurized food). 

Everyone should take at least 1,500 miligrams of magnesium oxide per 100 lbs. of body weight per day to offset normal calcium intake. If you are taking any vitamins with calcium components or any calcium supplements, take an additional amount of magnesium oxide equal to four times the calcium supplement. 

Magnesium oxide, pharmaceutical grade can be purchased in powder form, very economically from most pharmacies. 

Example: a 200 lb. man that takes 500mg of calcium supplement per day would require an amount of 3000mg of magnesium oxide plus 2000mg of magnesium oxide to offset his calcium intake for a total of 5000mg per day.

 

ADDENDUM: Liver Cleanse Instructions:

You will need to STRICTLY follow this schedule, which will require a 1 day preliminary eating plan, a 1 day “cleanse” period and a 1 day recovery period. Most people find that the preliminary and recovery periods will not interfere with normal work habits, but, some people will be very tired for the recovery. The actual day of the cleanse will require dedicated time of at least 10 hours, with close proximity to toilet facilities.

Necessary Items: You will need Food Grade Epsom Salts. One “portion” is equal to at least One (1) heaping tablespoon of food grade Epsom Salts for each 100 pounds of body weight. You will also need 3/4 of a cup of good quality (preferably organic) Olive Oil to be mixed (shaken by hand - not blended - to prevent incorporating too much air) with 1/2 a cup of fresh squeezed (not packaged) Pink Grapefruit Juice for each 100 pounds of body weight. This mixture should be reasonably pulp free and taken at room temperature.

i) For the preliminary period of at least 24 hours, eat NO meats, fats or oils of any kind prior to commencing your cleanse. Try and eat mostly fruits, vegetables and limited starches, always with plenty of water.

ii) Start your cleanse by taking one portion of Epsom Salts together with at least 2 eight ounce glasses of water. Consume NO foods or drinks other than those specified for the remainder of your cleanse period.

iii) 2 Hours later, take one more portion of Epsom Salts and 2 glasses of water.

iv) 1 Hour later drink at least 1, preferably 2 more glasses of water.

v) 1 Hour later (once you are quite certain that you have passed all of the water and Epsom Salts from your bowels) take the Olive Oil/Grapefruit Mixture. Lie down immediately thereafter and try and stay as flat and motionless (relaxed) on your back (head and shoulders may be slightly elevated) as you can for at least 4 hours and up to 6 if you can. A heating pad or hot water bottle over your liver area (lower right side stomach area) may help. (Some people just seem to have a need for one more bowel movement after taking the oil/juice mix. If you feel the urge within the first 10 to 20 minutes, go for it as quickly as possible, otherwise try your best to stay prone, reasonably stationary and relaxed for the duration of the cleansing process.)

vi) Get up at the appropriate time (4 to 6 hours), go to the toilet if necessary, and take 1 and 1/2 more portions of Epsom Salts together with at least 2 glasses of water.

You will pass many liver (gall) stones and a lot of cholesterol chaff (more than one cup full per 100 lbs bodyweight) at this stage if you follow the directions. Most people will need to do a series of from 3 to 8 cleanses, with intervals of about 10 days to two weeks between each cleanse. A general rule of thumb, is to expect to do at least one cleanse for each 10 years of age to clean out all stones and chaff.

A typical 40 year old may do 4 to 6 cleanses within an 8 to 12 week period for example, and then do a follow up, or maintenance cleanse each six months thereafter. The liver continuously filters toxins from the lymph, so unless you live, work and eat in a totally pure environment, you can count on needing to follow the maintenance program. TOP ^

 

 ALLERGIES:

"Allergies" are generally not what we think they are. Rather they are almost (about ninety eight percent of the time) always a symptom of the body that was designed to act as a "sign" that we are nearing our personal limit on toxicity, generally. This means that our body can normally hold in check the various accumulations of toxins it is dealing with, without allowing them to cause any significant impairment or disease, until we expose ourselves to "just a little bit more". Particularly in the case of an apparent allergic reaction, if that little bit more is something to do with nature such as seasonal pollens, dusts or foods. (There are only a very few extremely rare cases of actual allergy to things, including foods found in our natural environment.)

Pollens and dust or other air borne particles that are seasonally prevelant, require the body to engage additional efforts to filter these materials out of the air we breathe. If the body's filters are already working to capacity (plugged), then when this extra effort is required from the body's cleansing mechanisms, we suddenly find that the body is "reacting" to the air borne particulates with new symptoms of "allergy". This is simply like the body saying; "Look, I cannot cleanse any more stuff out of the system right now because my filters are already working at capacity." So the body tries to reject the air borne particulates directly by sneezing or producing extra mucous in the nasal passages to catch and eliminate the offending particulates before they actually get into the system.

Nominal food allergies are very similar. Our digestive systems, when encountered by certain foods, cause chemical reactions such that small amounts of mildly toxic substances are created as by-products to that digestion. The proportion of the toxins as related to the healthy aspect of these foods is very slight, but nonetheless it exists. Again, if the body's filters are already working to capacity (plugged), then when this extra effort is required from the body's cleansing mechanisms, we suddenly find that the body is "reacting" to the foods that produce these small amounts of mild toxins.

The primary natural method designed into our body for cleansing foreign particles or digestive toxins from our body, is systemic and uses the liver as a filter to clean the toxins from our blood, which in turn eliminates them out through the colon. A smaller portion of toxin is also filtered and released through the urinary tract, and some by way of perspiration, etc., but the primary clensing mechanism is the blood filtration provided by the liver.

Almost universally, when a person suffers from allergies (of any type), it is the liver and colon that have been strained to their limits. Even people that suffer what they believe are milk or lactose intolerances, are most often really only suffering because their liver and/or colon are over-worked with toxic build up. Thousands of people that previously suffered from a variety of perceived allergies, or thought they were lactose intolerant, now suffer no allergy type symptoms whatsoever, and are able to enjoy drinking good quality (non-pasteurized) raw milk and eating dairy products including cheeses, and encounter exposure to all kinds of pollens and dust, after simply doing a major colon cleanse program (and sometimes a supplemental liver cleanse).

There is a simple test that anyone can do to determine whether or not their colon is plugged or suffering reduced elimination efficiency. And before we go there, believe this: it can be "plugged" and still allow bowel movements. What happens is this. For sake of example, imagine your bowel and intestines as a pipe or drain, like your kitchen drain, that gets coated on its interior walls, gradually slowing the flow by reducing the diameter. It still works, but is slower than it should be. So, just like if you were to put extra strain on the drain by dumping a large pail of water into a full sink, you might have a temporary over flow. But clean out the drain with a roto-rooter or "Draino", and it is back to functional capacity again. The bowel and colon function rather similarly and can often require a good "cleaning" just the same.

Anyway, to test to determine whether or not your bowel or colon needs cleaning is simple. In fact the first sign that it is suffering from reduced elimination efficiency, and therefore needs to be cleaned, is the manifestation of allergic symptoms. There is a mineral that is a natural component of most foods and that is particularly present in large amounts in fruit, called magnesium. (See Magnesium Articles above for more info.) If certain fruits or other foods high in magnesium give you diarrhoea, then you know your colon needs cleansing. The best way to test it with certainty, is to get some pharmaceutical grade powdered magnesium oxide from a pharmacy (usually costs about $30 to $60 for 1kg of powder form, which is usually enough to do a good colon cleanse), and take a rounded teaspoon with eight to twelve ounces of water as a test (at least two hours after eating). If it gives you any cramping or even slight diarrhoea, you definitely need your colon cleansed. If your colon is clean, you can take up to a heaping tablespoon of magnesium oxide with no diarrhoea or side effects at all.

If your colon needs cleaning (and if you suffer "allergies, then it probably does), then simply take a tablespoon of magnesium oxide first thing in the morning, two hours before eating, then take another about two or three hours after eating lunch and a third about three or four hours after eating dinner or just before bed-time. (Always wait after taking it for at least two hours before eating.) AND TAKE LOTS OF WATER. Drink at least two large glasses every time you take it and more in between, as much as you are comfortable with. It will initially cause very dark, almost black coloured liquid stool, gradually lightening in colour and gradually stiffening in texture, and it will definitely make you spend a lot of time on the toilet, but only until your colon is fully cleaned out. Then your stool will return to normal, even if you keep taking the magnesium oxide.

It typically requires at least three weeks of persistence to thoroughly clean most colons, sometimes up to two months for really bad cases. Usually, the older you are the longer it takes. Many people report losing from fifteen to sixty pounds of weight or more, while continuing to eat the same or more than they normally would! Most of these reports are from people that have already experienced many other herbal colon cleanses or even "high colonics" of various types.

Food cravings for such things as sugars, ice cream, pastries or chocolates will quickly disappear and allegic symptoms will also completely vanish. Cleaning the colon thusly stimulates the liver to "dump" otherwise stored toxins that it has filtered from the blood, thereby increasing its blood filtration capacity. When the colon cannot fuction due to its interior walls being coated, food that passes through is retained for unusually long periods of time, intended to allow the body access to the nutritional components that for the same reasons, cannot be ingested through the colon or intestinal walls. Because this food is retained for prolonged periods, the liver does not have any opportunity to release its toxic build-up of filtered matter. The liver will only release this build up of toxic matter into a fast acting intestinal tract that it knows can eliminate the toxins before they can be re-assimilated.

As far from conventional as this method of dealing with air-borne or food allergies may sound, it has been found to be almost 98% effective for thousands of people over many, many years. TOP ^

We MUST all stop spending billions in America for misleading research and the resultant

dental work!

Let me tell you why: I have learned the real causes of dental cavities and gum infection. People, including you, will now be able to take care of their own dentistry with insignificant cost, and end up with perfect teeth. Cavities and gum infections are easily ended!

A great amount of highly REPUTABLE DENTAL RESEARCH proves the following:

1. Tooth cavities are ended simply by rinsing acids off the teeth. ACIDS ALONE EAT THE ENAMEL. There would be no cavities in the world if all people rinsed acids from their teeth promptly. Just sip water, milk or other liquid while eating. Water reacts with acids.

2. Foods and drinks, other than those containing acids, have no action on tooth enamel. SUGARS HAVE NO ACTION ON THE ENAMEL, except for the fact that they support certain bacterium which also have no direct action on the enamel, but DO raise the acid level of the mouth.

3. Bacteria cannot damage the enamel (calcium hydroxy phosphate). There is no such thing as decay of the enamel by bacteria since bacteria require carbon and hydrogen to live. Billions of human and animal remains show teeth and bones are resistant to earth-bound organisms.

4. Teeth re-enamalize AUTOMATICALLY when clean. TO MAKE TEETH CLEAN ONE SIMPLY BRUSHES WITH ANY BAR SOAP. (There are good toothpastes at the health food stores. Check the ingredients before buying. Don't use anything with glycerine in it.) Soap washes off in just 2 rinses. What about toothpastes? Glycerine in all tooth pastes is so sticky that it takes 27 washes to get it off. Teeth brushed with any glycerine toothpaste are coated with a film and CANNOT PROPERLY RE-ENAMELIZE. An acceptable alternative to using plain bar soap for brushing teeth is the use of baking soda. Many researchers believe that using a combination of bar soap with baking soda is even better that either on their own.

5. Taking calcium and phosphate in the diet results in re-enamelization of the teeth, but only when the teeth are clean. Bar soap does a perfect job in cleaning the surface. The enamel thickens and becomes less sensitive. Adenosine diphosphatase furnishes phosphate to teeth.

6. Gums are disinfected by brushing with any bar soap. Not only bacteria and viruses are destroyed promptly by small amounts of soap in water, but also white flies and aphids. Gardeners: Spray 1 tsp of dishwashing soap in 1 gallon of water to kill white flies and aphids.

7. Plaque, a poorly formed crystal stuck to the bottom of the enamel, is prevented and eventually removed by brushing with bar soap. Dental procedures to get the badly formed crystals off dig holes through the enamel. These cavities catch food and cause gum infection, not tooth decay.

8. Prevention of plaque retards gum pockets. Gum pockets are formed as the plaque pushes the gums away from the teeth. Gum pockets, from 1 to 8mm deep, are also formed by FLUORIDE, which severs the bond of the protein molecules adhering the gums to the teeth. SOAP PREVENTS GINGIVITIS caused by bacteria which is lodged in the gum pockets.

9. VITAMIN C AND PHOSPHATE help knit the gums back to the teeth. Pressing against the gums with fingers forces adhesive materials from the gums onto the teeth, which helps the process. Abscesses can be offset by holding (14% grain alcohol) in the mouth 5 minutes.

10. Receding gum surgery will end when the gum pockets cease. The very mention of the procedure, which involves transferring flesh from the roof of the mouth to the excised area of the gums, is a heinous and useless procedure which ought to pass into oblivion.

11. Removal of fluoride from drinking water, pastes or gels saves the enzyme adenosine diphosphatase so it can deliver phosphate to calcium at the tooth surface, resulting in a beautiful, semi-flexible enamel.

12. As stated above, the gums can be reconnected to the teeth by taking vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (1 tsp) with Arm and Hammer baking soda (1/2 tsp) in 1 inch of water in a cup, letting it fizz and then diluting to 1/2 to 1 cup with water, then drinking. The resulting SODIUM ASCORBATE is non-acid, very pure and a thousand times more soluble than vitamin C. Sodium ascorbate is more reactive than ascorbic acid (C) in building connective tissue and antibody structures and more effective in killing some viruses and bacteria.

13. Receding gums and plaque are ended when soap is used for brushing and vitamin C is taken daily as described in #12 and #14. 30% of American youths ages 8-10 have no cavities. 100% of Ugandan youths ages 6-10 have no cavities. What does this tell us?

15. The reason Ugandan youths have 3 times better teeth than American youths is because they do not consume as many acid foods, have no fluoride in their drinking water, have regular meals rather than sipping acid drinks all day, have more phosphate in their diet, and have fewer dentists to work on their teeth.

16. Dental literature says 42% of Americans over 65 have no natural teeth, while 25% of those over 43 have none.

17. Dental literature says Americans age 43 average 32 cavities, those age 17 have 13 cavities, blacks and poverty stricken (without sufficient magnesium to assimilate their calcium and without phosphate) are twice this and the Native Americans have four times this amount. The Native American plight can be blamed on their poor nutrition, excessive fluoridation, and free but improper dental care.

18. If fluoridation were effective in preventing cavities, Native Americans would have the least cavities. They have had forced fluoridation for approximately 62 years.

20. Fluoride in water at I part per million INCREASED tooth cavities in four large reliable studies 7%, 22%, 45% and 10% (average 21 %). The reason far these increases has to do with the fact that adenosine diphosphatase is destroyed by fluoride and CALCIUM FLUORIDE which slips into the enamel, is alien to the tooth composite and makes the enamel weak, brittle and discolored.
